Access terms

1. What you buy

Timed access to a digital portal: digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.

2. The two tickets

Fixed slot: choose the day and start time. The portal is open for you in that slot, even if you enter later; unused time cannot be recovered. You have 5 minutes of grace at the end.

Free time: the clock starts the first time you open the link and press "Start now". It lasts 1 hour (or 2) even if you leave and come back; once started it does not stop and cannot be recovered. It must be started within 12 months of purchase.

3. Devices

Two devices: the ticket works on 2 devices at most, for example your phone and a tablet. Each browser counts as a device, private browsing included. If you get locked out by mistake, write to info@enjoycanavese.com: we free the devices by hand as soon as we can, but not immediately (in the evening it may take until the next day), and meanwhile the ticket time keeps running. To be safe, always use the same two devices.

The link is personal: anyone you share it with takes one of your two places.

4. Right of withdrawal

This is digital content: by buying you ask for access to be available immediately or at the chosen time and you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal. (Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005, art. 59(1)(o))

5. Malfunctions

If the portal does not work because of us, write to info@enjoycanavese.com: we will consider a refund or a new access.
