L'Approdo is a hospitality facility offering three exclusive apartments located in the Masseria area, on the southern shore of Lake Viverone, in a protected and tranquil setting in Piedmont. Each apartment is immersed in nature with panoramic lake terraces, flowering gardens, and direct access to the lakeside promenade.
The facility is strategically positioned between France and Switzerland, very close to the Aosta Valley and well-connected to the major cities of Milan and Turin. Lake Viverone, with its crystal-clear spring water, offers a pristine environment rich in flora and fauna, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and the Alps.
The area is full of attractions: the Lake is a UNESCO World Heritage site for its Bronze Age pile dwelling sites, the Serra d'Ivrea represents Europe's largest moraine formation, and historic castles such as Roppolo and Masino can be found nearby. Guests can enjoy numerous water sports (sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, water skiing) and land sports (mountain biking, horseback riding), or relax in the lake's pools and beaches.
Within less than 100 meters from the facility are typical Piedmontese restaurants where you can taste local specialties based on lake fish and fine wines such as Erbaluce. The area offers summer events such as the Lake Viverone Festival and the San Bartolomeo Fair. Free private parking and mooring available for those arriving by boat.
